This beautiful grater not only looks good, it’s essential for making cheese on toast! I know there are various remakes of these essential items. I had a box version for ages but got fed up with the cleaning of them. These flat ones are best for removing the grated foodstuff and the cleaning! As an image I love the repeat patterned holes, like a rasp in the workshop, plus you have a choice of patterns. Once again I use the 300gsm paper and I have to use the rough Cold Press version…of course!
