I want you to feel confident when purchasing my archival prints from Stuart Hicking Artworks. If you're not completely satisfied with your print, I offer a full refund within 14 days of purchase—no questions asked. Whether it’s a change of heart or something didn’t meet your expectations, I’ll make it right.

📌 Eligibility for Refunds

To qualify for a refund, the print must be returned in its original condition, including any packaging, certificates, or framing if applicable. This helps ensure the artwork remains protected and can be re-listed or archived properly.

Refunds are not available after 14 calendar days from the date of purchase. If you're unsure whether you're still within the refund window, feel free to reach out and I’ll check for you.

🔄 How to Request a Refund

  1. Inspect your print upon arrival. If anything seems off—whether it’s damage, unexpected variation, or a mismatch with your order—please let me know.

  2. Contact me via phone, email, or the website contact form. I aim to respond within 24 hours.

  3. Return the print for inspection. Once received and reviewed, I’ll issue your refund promptly.

Refunds are issued only after the print is returned and inspected. Return shipping costs may apply unless the print arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. If that’s the case, I’ll cover the return postage.

Please package the print securely to avoid damage in transit. If you need guidance on how to do this, I’m happy to help.

If your print arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, I’ll cover the return shipping and issue a full refund once the print is returned and inspected. Please contact me as soon as possible with photos if available.

âť“ Can I exchange a print instead of getting a refund?

At the moment, I don’t offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different piece, you're welcome to return the original and place a new order.

âť“ Do you offer refunds on custom or commissioned work?

Custom orders are made specifically for you and are non-refundable, unless they arrive damaged or there’s a clear error in the final piece. I’ll always confirm details with you before starting, and I’m happy to share progress updates if requested.

âť“ How long does it take to process a refund?

Once I receive and inspect the returned print, refunds are typically processed within 3–5 working days. I’ll confirm by email once it’s been issued.
