The foldaway machine my mum had was a Singer and as a youngster I loved the gold lettering on the solid black body, almost swan-like in its sleekness. She was a “piece worker” at home, paid so much per item by a local garment manufacturer, while I, as a 5 year old would play on the floor. This print is a celebration of that memory.
A brightly coloured giclee print using 11 pigment colours and an optimizer layer on 100% smooth cotton.
