This beautiful grater is the first version of three I did of the grater. Not only do they look good, they are essential for making cheese on toast. I originally atrtaed with a box version but found it awkward to clean. I finally settled on a set of these. Their patterned surface is shown well in this archival print on 300gsm paper.
